2 People Found Dead In South Dallas
DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) - Police said that two people were found dead at an apartment complex in the 400 block of South St. Augustine Road in South Dallas. Authorities were first alerted to the incident at about 10:40 a.m. Wednesday morning.
The victims have only been identified as a 62-year-old white female and a black male between 50 and 60 years old. Both of the vicitms were inside of an apartment unit, but officials said that there were no signs of forced entry. Both bodies reportedly had visible trauma. Police are not sure how long the vicitms were dead before being discovered.
Additional details were not immediately released, such as who discovered the bodies or the circumstances surrounding their deaths. Police have not mentioned a motive, but a neighbor in the area told authorities that someone inside the apartment may have been taking money from the victims.
A vehicle was towed away from the scene.
