10-Year-Old Girl Dies After Go-Kart Crash Near Fort Worth
CRESSON, Texas (CBSDFW.COM) — A 10-year-old girl from Fort Worth has died after a go-kart crash in Cresson Friday.
The girl crashed at MotorSport Ranch just off Highway 377 and was taken to Cook Children's Hospital where she died just after 10:30 p.m.
The Hood County District Attorney's office crimes against children unit was brought into the investigation, which Sheriff Roger Deeds said is standard protocol.
