Human remains were found in the debris the day after part of I-95 collapsed, officials said.
Madeline Kingsbury, a 26-year-old mother of two, had been missing since late March. Police said human remains were found Wednesday during the search.
The victims have been identified as 18-year-old Shawn Jackson and his 36-year-old stepfather Renzo Smith of Chesterfield County, Richmond.
