Speaker Nancy Pelosi announced the House will hold an emergency session to try and reverse moves made by the Trump administration that have led to delays in mail delivery nationwide. This comes as the Postal Service warns all 50 states and the District of Columbia it can't ensure mail-in ballots will be delivered in time to be counted this November. Nancy Cordes reports.
