75-Year-Old Vacaville Man Arrested For Teen Sex Assault
VACAVILLE (CBS/BCN) -- A 75-year-old Vacaville man was arrested Saturday morning in connection with an alleged ongoing sexual assault of a teenage girl, police said.
Officers responded to a report of a possible sexual assault victim at a home in the 6000 block of Browns Valley Road just after 10 a.m., police reported.
At the home, officers found a 14-year-old girl and the suspect, identified as Gregorio Gonzalez Rubio, according to police.
Police believe the suspect sexually assaulted the girl numerous times since 2008.
Rubio was arrested at the scene and booked into Solano County Jail on charges of lewd acts on a child, rape, false imprisonment and sexual battery. He also faces charges of performing lewd acts on a child as a person at least 10 years older than the child, police said.
The victim was placed in protective custody with Solano County Child Protective Services.
