If it seems like parole was denied for Bezemer just months ago, it's because it was. But someone forgot to hit the record button during the parole hearing so today, he got a second chance.
It's a curveball no one in the Vandershoot family saw coming. CBS13 spoke with Justine's father, Don, who says everyone is emotionally exhausted. So, what happened? The department of corrections says a recording issue is to blame.
