Person Steals Ambulance In San Francisco, Crashes At Treasure Island
SAN FRANCISCO (CBS) – A thief stole an ambulance in downtown San Francisco Tuesday morning, leading police on a chase on the Bay Bridge before crashing, according to authorities.
According to police, the ambulance was responding to a 911 call at a building on 55 Mason Street around 8:00 a.m. While paramedics were attending to a person inside a building, a thief jumped into the vehicle and drove off.
