Sacramento Man Who Hung Nazi Flag Is Facing New Charges
SACRAMENTO (CBS13) - A Sacramento man who hung a Nazi flag at his home is facing new charges.
Joe Ongaro was charged with being a public nuisance and breaking a restraining order during a court appearance this morning.
Ongaro was arrested in January accused of harassing his neighbors for years including putting a Nazi flag in his window in the hopes of preventing them from renting their home.
