ROSEVILLE (CBS13) — Navigating a packed mall during the holidays can be a tough task, but the Roseville Galleria says it has a new foolproof fix.

Stephanie Ringey says the Westfield Galleria app is designed with one thing in mind.

"The bottom line is let's make shopping easier and better at the holiday season," she said.

In addition to offering navigation to stores and holiday kiosks, the app lists discounts and can point you in the direction of restaurants. A voice command feature also takes questions.

You can also book Santa sit-downs and photo packages with Santa Claus ahead of time on the Galleria's website.

Shopper Donna Bengle says that made a big difference.

"We have a 13-month-old and last year we waited for more than an hour in line," she said.

The app is available from iOS and Android.
