Modeling is a career not for the faint at heart, especially when you are a woman. There are a lot of pressure put on female models. They need to look a certain way, be a certain height, and be a certain size. It is no wonder the industry is accused of setting an inappropriate body standards for women. Well, there is a bright light at the end of the tunnel.

Robyn Lawley, a size 12, is the first plus-size model to grace Sports Illustrated's Swimsuit Issue. You can see Lawley's SI photo below.

Talk about SI possibly having a plus-size model started when the magazine released an ad for the issue that featured Ashley Graham. As USA Today pointed out, many wondered if Graham or any plus-size model would be featured in the actually issue. Now SI has one!

"I don't know if I consider myself as a plus-size model or not," Lawley told Time magazine. "I just consider myself a model because I'm trying to help women in general accept their bodies."
