Family Pets Die In Overnight Citrus Heights Fire
CITRUS HEIGHTS (CBS13) - Several family pets were killed overnight after a fire tore through their Citrus Heights home.
The blaze broke out at a home on Woodglave Avenue.
Fire fighters arrived to find a garage fully engulfed in flames. The fire spread quickly through part of the home and also damaged vehicles in the driveway.
The residents of the home got out safely, but two dogs and a cat were killed.
The fire is under investigation.
