Use of force in Downtown arrest objectively reasonable under law, chief says
Officers' use of force in making a controversial arrest in Downtown Pittsburgh was objectively reasonable under the law, Pittsburgh Police Chief Larry Scirotto said following a preliminary investigation by the bureau.
