Pittsburgh officials talk safety plans for St. Patrick's Day Parade
Pittsburgh’s annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade is set to step off Saturday morning. City officials say several hundred thousand people will celebrate the wearing of the green and they’ve put measures in place to make sure everyone is safe.
