Nurse accused of killing patients with insulin faces charges in connection with 19 more patients
The unimaginable case of a local nurse who is accused of purposely harming her patients, even killing some with excessive doses of insulin got even worse. Dozens of new charges were filed today, and those charges are connected to 19 new patients. KDKA-TV's Alexandra Todd has more.
