New affordable housing complex opens in Pittsburgh’s Uptown neighborhood
A new $22 million apartment building opened in Pittsburgh's Uptown neighborhood on Tuesday. It will provide affordable housing in 34 units. But as KDKA-TV's Barry Pintar reports, some new residents will be from an often-overlooked population.
