Long-term paving projects getting underway in Westmoreland County
Long-term paving projects are getting underway in several parts of Westmoreland County, including a busy stretch of Route 30 in North Huntingdon Township. The projects will impact five state roads throughout the county. KDKA-TV's Megan Shinn reports.
