Brian Thomas talks about running for Pennsylvania lieutenant governor
One of the candidates for Pennsylvania lieutenant governor is warning of a demographic crisis in the state. Brian Thomas, a Republican businessman from Bucks County, tells KDKA he's concerned that birth rates are down and a lot of younger Pennsylvanians are moving out of state.
