Bill would ban no-consent pelvic, rectal and prostate exams in Pennsylvania
Twenty-six states have made it illegal for medical school students to perform pelvic, rectal or prostate exams on patients without consent while they’re under anesthesia for something else. Pennsylvania is not one of those states but now there's a bipartisan move to change that. KDKA-TV's Seth Kaplan reports.
