4 years later, concerns linger over Allegheny River contamination from Norfolk Southern derailment
Four years ago Tuesday, 17 Norfolk Southern trains derailed in Harmar Township, Allegheny County, spilling 3,000 gallons of non-flammable petroleum distillate into the Allegheny River. One nonprofit says there's still a lot of work to do to make Pittsburgh's waterways safe. KDKA-TV's Megan Shinn reports.
