BELLE VERNON (KDKA) -- One person is dead after a wrong-way crash.

State Police in Belle Vernon tell KDKA-TV an SUV going eastbound in the westbound lanes of Interstate 70 collided with a FedEx truck.

This happened near the Belle Vernon Exit at about 8 p.m. Tuesday.

Accident investigators remain at the scene.
