Westmoreland County putting money into county parks
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) - Westmoreland County commissioners are putting money toward county parks.
After failing to finalize a tourism plan last year, commissioners approved $128,000 for grants and upgrades to the parks, according to the Tribune-Review.
