UNIONTOWN (KDKA) -- Police are investigating a shooting in Uniontown.

A man was shot on Hickle Street in Pershing Court at about 5:40 p.m. Tuesday.

He was taken to Uniontown Hospital.

According to emergency officials, a group of people were involved in the shooting, but no other details were released.

KDKA-TV's Trina Orlando reports police are looking for a suspect.
