Steelers Put Aaron Smith On Injured Reserve
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- The Steelers have placed veteran defensive end Aaron Smith on their injured reserve list, ending his season.
In his place, the team has signed free agent defensive end Corbin Bryant, who spent the first part of the season on the team's practice squad.
This is the third time in his career that Smith has been put on the injured reserve list.
This season, he's been out of action since the Steelers' Week 4 loss to the Houston Texans.
Smith ranks at No. 10 on the Steelers' all-time list for sacks with 44 in his 13-year career.
