1 Dead After South Greensburg Crash

SOUTH GREENSBURG (KDKA) -- One person has died after a crash on a busy road in South Greensburg.
It happened just before noon on Route 119 on Wednesday.
Six vehicles were involved in the crash, including a tanker truck.
The Westmoreland County Coroner's Office said 57-year-old Robert Borst's vehicle crossed into the opposite lane of travel and collided with multiple vehicles after a medical emergency.
Two other people were taken to the hospital.
