The family of Marc Fogel, a Butler County native who is serving a 14-year prison sentence in Russia for having 0.06 ounces of medical cannabis in his possession, is asking people to send him Christmas cards.

Helium Tank Recall

Balloon Time has recalled more than 120,000 mini helium tanks with the company saying the compressed helium can escape and cause the plastic cap to pop off unexpectedly.
