Second Person On Board Plane That Crashed Near Grove City Dies

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- The second person who was on board a plane that crashed near Grove City last week has died.
Keith Vanover initially survived the crash and was taken to the hospital Wednesday night with burns.
He died over the weekend.
The pilot, Richard Briggs, was killed when the small plane crashed near the Grove City Airport.
