Port Authority Service Changes Take Effect Sept. 3

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) - Service changes for the Port Authority are about two weeks away.
Among the most significant changes include service to Mifflin Estates via the 55, Glassport and weekend service to Penn State McKeesport via the 56 Lincoln Place.
