Police: Sick Skunk Led To Discovery Of Marijuana Plant
WELLBORO (KDKA) -- State police say a man destroyed his marijuana plant after it made a local skunk ill.
According to the Wellsboro Gazette, a state wildlife conservation officer was investigating the sick skunk when he discovered a pot plant growing near a daycare center in Charleston Township.

The plant's owner, 48-year-old Todd M. Adams, apparently destroyed the plant while police were investigating.
Adams is scheduled for a preliminary hearing Dec. 13 on counts of possessing a controlled substance and possessing drug paraphernalia.
