PITTSBURGH (KDKA)-- After a record-breaking month of baseball, Josh Bell is gaining some major recognition.
On Monday afternoon, Major League Baseball named Josh Bell the National League Player of the Month for May.

Bell currently is one of the hottest batters in the league, boasting a .332 batting average with 75 hits, 18 homeruns, 53 RBI, a slugging percentage of .681 and an OPS at 1.077.
