NAACP branch president facing theft charges

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- The president of the NAACP's Allegheny East branch is facing theft charges.

Kenneth Huston is accused of spending more than $193,000 that had been donated to the branch for his own personal expenses.

Huston's lawyer tells KDKA that he's still looking into the charges and will comment at a later date and time.
