Mars Area School District adds text messaging to notification system
MARS, Pa. (KDKA) - Families in the Mars Area School District can now have notifications sent right to their phones.
The district added texting to its mass notification system.
It's used to inform parents and guardians of information about the district, like closings, delays, and remote learning days.
