Pennsylvania Man Sentenced To 1 To 5 Years After 9th DUI Conviction
WARREN COUNTY (KDKA) -- A man from Northwestern Pennsylvania is headed to state prison after his ninth DUI conviction.
A judge in Warren County sentenced Fletcher Kay to 12 months to 5 years in state prison.
Erie News Now reports his eight previous convictions were handled by the county system.
In the latest case, he was stopped by police with a blood alcohol of three times the legal limit
