Judge denies Jerry Sandusky's request for new trial
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) - A judge has denied Jerry Sandusky's appeal for a new trial.
His attorneys claimed to have new evidence and said it had to do with a repressed memory that was used to convict him.
The judge called some evidence 'scattershot' and said other parts of his appeal had already been ruled on.
