High-speed chase ends in crash
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) - A high-speed chase ended in a crash Saturday morning in Pittsburgh.
State police say they tried pulling over Ryan Chapman, 30, when he took off at a high rate of speed. Troopers terminated the pursuit and later found Chapman crashed his car on University Boulevard.
He was taken to the hospital and a warrant has been issued for his arrest.
