Heroin Found After Penn Twp. School Bus Crash
PENN TOWNSHIP (KDKA) - Police are investigating a crash in Westmoreland County, in which a driver reportedly threw drugs from the car.
The driver of the car crashed into a school bus on Pleasant Valley Road in Penn Township Wednesday morning.
The bus driver told police she saw him throw something from the car.
The suspect has been identified as 28-year-old Andrew Slywczuk. According to police, he picked up heroin in Allegheny County and was bringing it back to Westmoreland County to distribute it.
Police later found about 50 bags of heroin on a hillside.
There was one child on the bus, along with the driver, but both were not injured.
