The first photo of Stephen Amell (Hung, Private Practice) as Oliver Green in ARROW is receiving tremendous buzz.

The suit was created by three-time Oscar-winning designer Colleen Atwood. As you can see in the picture, it has a VERY moody feel. According to Pilot director and executive producer David Nutter "Arrow is a different show, darker and harder-edged".
