Dom Costa, Kevin Kraus Vying To Become Next Allegheny County Sheriff

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- Former State Representative Dom Costa says he's running for Allegheny County Sheriff.
He served as Pittsburgh Police Chief before going into politics.
Costa will be up against the candidate that current Sheriff Bill Mullen is backing -- his Chief Deputy Kevin Kraus.
Mullen is not running for re-election after 15 years in office.
