Pa. Governor Tom Wolf Expected To Sign Bill Requiring Students Learn CPR

HARRISBURG (KDKA) -- There is legislation headed to Governor Tom Wolf's desk that would require students to learn CPR before they graduate high school.

Senate Bill 115, which was introduced by State Senator Tom Killion, passed the state senate unanimously.

Pennsylvania would join 38 other states that have this law in place.

Over 350,000 people have sudden cardiac arrest each year and many could be saved by CPR.
