Turns out you're not alone. Professional networking site LinkedIn estimates that one in three parents don't understand what their children do for a living.

To help them understand, LinkedIn is hosting "Bring In Your Parents To Work Day" on Nov. 7 so they can see that you're not just on your computer watching cat videos all day.
