Man Accused Of Raping 16-Year-Old Girl And Trying To Pay Her To Keep Quiet
BALDWIN (KDKA) -- A man is accused of raping a 16-year-old girl in Baldwin and trying to pay her to keep quiet.
Police say Charles Lantzy asked the girl to rub his back while he was babysitting a 4-year-old child.
The victim told police Lantzy then touched her, raped her and offered her $200 to not say anything to anyone.
