Maintain (paint, wallpaper, plaster, etc.) all public areas and guest rooms on an on-going basis. Keep the hotel decor in good condition. Clean all work areas after completing job. Fill out Daily Work form. Have a thorough understanding of Omni's fire alarm procedures and other emergencies. Have a thorough understanding of Omni Hotel rules and regulations. Bellperson Guest Services Department
Responsible for efficiently handling guest luggage while serving as an informational source to the guests. Duties include escorting guests to and from their room, communicating available guest services, checking guest packages, controlling traffic flow in the Lobby, providing information about the hotel and city. Requires standing, walking, lifting up to 70 lbs. continually throughout shift. Must have excellent guest service and communication skills.
Cocktail Server Outlets / Restaurants
This person would be responsible for greeting guests, taking orders, delivery, checking back to ensure satisfaction. Ensuring uniform and presence are immaculate and professional at all time. Qualified candidate must have excellent customer service skills This position requires standing and walking throughout shift, lifting trays of at least 50 lbs., reaching and bending. Previous food service and / or bartending experience required and an Alcohol Awareness training class preferred. Must be available to work AM & PM shifts. This is a Full Time position. (1)

This person will be responsible for station set-up and break down, and will set up the buffet and replenish food items as needed. Stock needed supplies in side stands areas. Ensure the Clean-up of coffee machines and prepared coffee. Set up large trays in Kitchen to run food orders Stock soup spoons and soup under liners at kitchen line. Set-up tea station. Maintain ice supply. Clean and dust all tables to include table legs. Place milk in refrigerator and set-up creamers. Pre-set breadbaskets lined with napkins. Pick-up linen and stock in side stands. Set tables with clean, pressed linen, china, silver and glassware. Ensure furniture and floors are clean and arranged according to specifications. Assist servers during meal period. This person would be the "one stop shop" for all our guests' and customers' telephone needs and to take ownership of ensuring that all of our guests' requests are fully satisfied in a timely manner. Night Audit Supervisor Front Office Department
This person would be responsible for reconciling the business of the day and ensuring a smooth efficient operation of the front desk during the overnight shift. Performs the required system prints during the night audit shift to ensure a current back-up of the hotel arrivals, vacant & in-house list is available. Posts and audits banquet checks in order of the banquet summary sheet. This person also reconciles all Food and Beverage outlet postings. Distributes all close day reports and morning reports to the appropriate departments. Previous front desk experience preferred. Supervisor experience preferred. Position Summary:
Under the supervision of the Manager of Construction Engineering, this position is responsible for managing, directing, and overseeing the work activities of contractors to assure that bridge, building, road, and park projects are constructed in accordance with Allegheny County's Contract Documents and Plans.
Duties:
• Assists the Manager of Construction Engineering in all phases of the construction management of engineering and construction projects, whether performed in-house or by consultants or contractors from the bidding phase through construction.
• Ensures that County construction projects are completed in accordance with the drawings and specifications set forth in the contract.
• Coordinates, initiates, monitors, and/or issues the required contract papers and actions necessary for the completion of County construction projects.
• Acts as a liaison with contractors, utilities, consultants, PennDOT, and County personnel.
• Drives to job sites within Allegheny County to oversee construction activities, monitor job progress and work activities, and resolve problems that may arise in the filed with the inspection staff.
• Monitors paperwork generated from projects such as reports correspondence, estimates, change orders, etc.
• Participates in determination of construction sequence related to property access, traffic movement, property acquisition, and relocation land utility construction.
• Monitors, approves, or initiates progress payments for construction related contracts and agreements.
• Prepares status reports on each project, current estimates, vouchers and progress reports, final estimates, change orders, and required correspondence.
• Conducts on-site meetings with contractors, inspector's representatives from utility companies, and municipalities.
• Recommends design changes for practicality purposes and selects alternate construction materials or methods as required.
• Supervises and directs work to construction inspectors and other personnel assigned to the Construction Division.
• Performs final inspections; prepares final documents for project closeout.
• Assists in the design and specifications of a project as needed.
• Performs other related duties as required or requested.

• Drives fleet vehicles and performs field inspections through Allegheny County to report/resolve bridge/road maintenance issues, and recommends proper design to correct deficiencies.
• Takes responsibility for the administration, review, and technical quality of work performed by engineering consultants.
• Reviews and recommends approval of preliminary and final designs and plans and makes any necessary corrections or revisions.
• Drafts legal documents for review and approval of the Law Department, Executive Actions, and Change Orders.
• Prepares project scope of work and estimates costs of construction.
• Reviews consultants' payment requests to assure compliance with agreement.
• Supplies information relevant to in-house status review meetings to keep the Director informed of the status of each project.
• Confers with personnel, organizations, and municipal officials on various projects, and coordinates projects with other department personnel, municipalities, and public utilities.
