Bouchette On Steelers Loss: "Didn't Expect It From This Group"

PITTSBURGH (93-7 The Fan) -- After the Steelers' 35-7 pummeling at the hands of the Baltimore Ravens, Steelers' Insider, and Post-Gazette Beat Writer, Ed Bouchette, joined the Fan Morning Show. In attendance to witness one of the worst beatings the team has taken in franchise history, Ed says he did not expect to see a loss like Sunday's from this Steelers team.

The Steelers had problems on the offensive line which led to turnovers and their defense showed holes. These are problems that Ed believes are not easily fixed.

As far as Head Coach Mike Tomlin's decision to leave Ben Roethlisberger in the game in the fourth quarter despite the lopsided score, Ed thinks that was the right decision because it sends the wrong message when you take out your starters because they are getting blown out.
