Black Bear Spotted In Cecil Township

CECIL TOWNSHIP, Pa. (KDKA) -- A black bear was spotted in Cecil Township.
The township police said the bear was spotted in the Cherrybrook housing community off Morganza Road. Law enforcement says the Pennsylvania Game Commission is aware.
"Please keep all potential food sources (garbage, birdseed, etc.) to a minimum and avoid contact with it," police said on Facebook. "This is the time of year when young bears wander off and will probably be out of the area shortly."
