Woman arrested in shooting of 7-month-old boy in Philadelphia's Holmesburg neighborhood identified
The woman wanted by police for shooting a 7-month-old baby in Holmesburg this week was arrested.
Police believe this stemmed from a $100 drug debt owed by the child's parents. Detectives have identified the shooter as 28-year-old Dominique Billips.
Police said the parents ran from the scene because they both had open warrants and the police an hour later.
