Will Smith sued by violinist Brian King Joseph over retaliation allegations

A violinist who was touring with Philadelphia native Will Smith claims he was fired after reporting an incident and told he was lying about what happened. Smith's attorney said the suit was baseless and that he will fight it "to ensure the truth is brought to light."
