West Walnut Open Streets returns for spring season in Center City, Philadelphia
The next round of car-free Sundays in Center City kicks off on April 5! For the next seven Sundays, 18th Street from Chestnut to Locust and Walnut Street from Broad to 19th will be closed to cars from 10 a.m. and 5 p.m.
