Weekend in Philadelphia area starts off wet before drying out ahead of incoming heatwave

Saturday is off to a wet start with a flood watch in effect into the afternoon. But the Philadelphia area won't be totally washed out. Meteorologist Andrew Kozak will tell you when conditions are expected to clear up and dry out.
