University of Pennsylvania bans on-campus encampments under new guidelines

The University of Pennsylvania has issued new guidelines around what protestors can and can't do on campus. The Philadelphia school is banning encampments and says "unauthorized overnight activities," like this past spring's pro-Palestinian encampment, would be considered trespassing.
