Tracker inside child's toy helps police quickly solve kidnapping

Philadelphia police say a vehicle with a sleeping four-year-old child inside was stolen Tuesday night, but an electronic tracker on one of the child's toys helped officers track down the stolen car. The boy is unharmed and back with his mother, Brandon Goldner reports.
