Tiger Woods' learning lab at Cobbs Creek Golf Course holds a special meaning

Charlie Sifford, the first Black golfer to play on the PGA Tour and a mentor to Woods, was a major influence in the decision to bring the TGR Learning Lab to Philadelphia.
